Right to cancel within 14 days

A consumer buyer has the right to cancel a contract made in the Store within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

If a single order contained several items delivered at different times, the period is counted from the day the last item is received.

How to return an item

  1. Email sales@hybridenergy.lt stating your order number and the item you’re returning.
  2. We’ll agree on the return method and address. For oversized items, we arrange the return separately.
  3. Prepare the item for shipping: original packaging, all included parts, and documents.

The Seller covers the cost of return shipping.

Condition the returned item must be in

  • Unused, undamaged, and with its commercial appearance intact.
  • With all original parts, accessories, and documents.
  • In its original packaging. Changes to the packaging’s appearance that are unavoidable when inspecting the item are not considered material.

If the item’s value has decreased due to use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and how it works, the Seller has the right to reduce the amount refunded.

Refunds

We refund your money within 14 days of the day we received notice of your cancellation. The Seller may withhold the refund until the item has been returned, or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been sent back.

Refunds are made by transfer to the same account the payment was made from, unless otherwise agreed.

When the right to cancel does not apply

The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalized, nor in other cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

This right applies to consumers. For legal entities, return terms are agreed individually.

Warranty

All items sold in the Store carry a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period depends on the manufacturer and the specific model; it is stated in the item’s documents.

Consumers are additionally covered by the statutory quality guarantee under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Defective item

If you notice a defect in an item, contact us at sales@hybridenergy.lt, stating your order number, describing the fault and, if possible, attaching photos or a video.

After assessing the situation, we offer one of the solutions provided for by law: repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract with a refund.

The warranty does not cover faults caused by improper installation or connection, use other than as intended, unauthorized repairs, force of nature, or mechanical damage.

Damaged shipment

When accepting a shipment, check the packaging. If you notice any damage, note it in the shipping documents and email us straight away – together with photos, this lets us resolve the issue quickly.
