This privacy policy explains how the online shop hybridenergy.lt (trading as Hybrid Energy) processes your personal data when you browse the website, get in touch with us, or place an order.

2. What personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Order data — name, delivery address and (if different) billing address, phone number, email address, the products ordered, price, and your chosen payment and delivery method.
- Contact-form data — name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message when you contact us for advice or with a question.
- Newsletter / discount-code email — if you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter or register to receive a discount code.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, shopping-cart status, and other data generated automatically by the technologies that run the website (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not collect any special categories of (sensitive) personal data.

4. Who we share your data with
We only share your data where necessary to deliver the service, with the following processors and recipients:
- Hostinger — our website hosting provider; servers located in the EU (Germany).
- — the courier company, to whom we pass the data needed for delivery (name, address, phone number).
- Our bank / payment provider — for processing bank-transfer payments.
- Our email-sending service provider — to send the newsletter and order-related emails.
We do not sell or otherwise share your data with any other third parties, except where required by law.
5. International transfers
Your data is currently not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area — all the providers we use (hosting, courier) operate within the EU.
6. How long we keep your data
- Accounting records (invoices, financial records of orders) are kept for 10 years, as required by Lithuanian accounting law.
- Contact-form enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and provide a reply, then deleted.
- Newsletter sign-up data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
- Once the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify inaccurate data;
- Erasure ("the right to be forgotten") where there is no legal ground for us to keep it;
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances;
- Data portability — receive your data and have it transferred to another controller;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI) if you believe your rights have been infringed.

To exercise any of the rights above, please email us at sales@hybridenergy.lt. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
9. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure — including encrypted (HTTPS) data transfer and restricting access to authorised personnel only.
10. Children
The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Orders may only be placed by persons with the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example following changes in the law or in how we operate. The current version is always published on this page.
