The DOSPEL base for DRAGON 1500 is a mounting bracket made specifically for the 1.5 kW DRAGON 1500 wind turbine; the 1 kW DRAGON 1000 has its own base. It fixes to building walls and roofs, a freestanding mast or farm buildings, is lightweight enough not to load the roof even in gusty wind, and its hand knob sets the angle so the turbine stands perpendicular to the horizon.
