Solis 10 kW inverter with battery: how to choose power?

In this kit the rated inverter power is 10 kW (10 kVA) and the battery energy is 16.08 kWh: power sets how many appliances can run at once, and capacity sets how much energy you can keep for the evening.

Backup power and switchover to backup

The inverter switches over to backup in under 10 ms and holds a 200 % overload on the backup output for 10 s.
